Booking a Session However, sessions are usually between 30 minutes and 3 hours - with an average length of about 2 hours. Clients are expected to phone in each week for progress reports and discussion of the assignments that they have been set. Should a second session be required, this is discussed after week 2-4 follow up. There currently is no additional charge for the telephone follow-up and coaching. Evening (Weds and Thursdays only) and Saturday morning appointments can be arranged where required and charged at the usual rate of £125 for the session plus £15 per hour to cover room hire. |
